Concerts and Seminars

At the heart of the choir's existence lie regular performances of all the large mainstream choral repertoire, from Monteverdi's Vespers and Bach's Mass in B Minor, through Mozart's Requiem to Elgar's The Dream of Gerontius ... find out about forthcoming concerts below.  We are also committed to education and organise occasional seminars to explore some of the more unusual works in the weeks before the performance.  Eminent local musicians have led sessions on works such as Monteverdi's Vespers and Verdi's Requiem, looking at the composers, historical context and the music itself.
